The firm is owned and managed by senior international Textile Technocrat, Munish Tyagi, who is 1974 BTech. [Textiles] from IITD and 1976 MS Tech. in Textile Technology from reputed University of Manchester in UK.
- Nuovatex , over the last 3 decades, has specialised in serving the large/EOU and also SME units in the textile/clothing sector and including the core segments of Yarn Spinning / Weaving / Knitting / Fabric Processing/ Denim/Hometextiles and Garments.,and the emerging areas of Technical textiles , knitfabrics & nonwoven fabrics eg;for filter media and automobile uses. Of recent, regen PSF projects from recycled Pet bottles, is an active area.
- Nuovatex core strengths are in overall understanding of fast changing Textile sector, assessment of changes in technology and markets of the Textile sector `value chain from fibers to fashion markets `and corresponding planning of new market-competitive projects of the right market mix, product plan, viable capacity and fully market driven with inherent competitive advantages vis a vis Location of such project with raw material, power cost and labour cost advantages.
- The Nuovatex consultants have successfully associated with planning and implementation support to projects of leading Textile Co`s like, GPI Textiles at Baddi, TC Terrytex at Lalru, M/s Cheslind , Maikaal Fibers and Suryalata gr. in south and TaiChonbang Mills at Ahmedabad,as also spinning mills of Alps group at Kashipur and Jaspur in Uttarakhand and,also Bhilwara/ RSWM ,the Rana Polycot ,the SEL and JCL Ludhiana in north,and SD Polytech in Uttarakhand state.
- The principal consultant, M Tyagi, has also advised the textile project proposals of Vardhman group. Also provided the consultancy support to Mill operations of 100,000 spdls. Yarn spinning mills of Alps group at Haridwar ,and to National Textile Corp`rn for revival project of Elgin fabric mills at Kanpur and for inside the mill Study of 8 NTC textile mills for their `modernisation/balancing` needs. has been provided.
- The principal Consultant has also delivered consultancy for projects of Unido/UNDP, under the Ministry of Textiles, Govt.of India.;and also undertaken the work for survey and planning of handloom and handicrafts RBH in the NE states, has been undertaken for the Confederation of Indian Industry / IFC-International Finance Corporation.
THE PRINCIPAL AND INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE CONSULTANT,MUNISH TYAGI,has also delivered Technical site based project consultancy advisoiry services in Tajikistan, Kenya,Ethiiopia,Nigeria,Mongolia and other countries as textile advisor to International organizations like UNCTAD/ITC, EBRD and Other.
Currently,project planning and on site Turnkey Consultancy services are in active and running execution for mega Textile and Apparel project complex,at Mekelle Park in Ethiopia for INTRADE CO. UK,[Ethiopia Licencee].Another active project for planning and execution of a Handloom based cluster in north Nigeria is being advised for Simba group,Nigeria. Presently,technical consultancyis being rendered to a Needlepunched wool Felt co. Tumar in Krygyz, for producing felts for accessories & Insulation.
In India,similar large Textile industry mill projects are being executed under the special Textile Policy_like NTTM for new technical textile units.
- NTTM Scheme of the Ministry of textiles/Govt of india,provides upto 15% of Capital based subsidt
- Centre govt is offering PLI 2.0 scheme with thrust on MMF and Technical Textiles,while Different States have their own separate Capital based incentive schemes.
- INTEREST SUBSIDY,AND OTHER BENFITS UNDER TEXTILE POLICY OF DIFF.STATES:
In addition to the benefits being provided under the Centre Govt TUF scheme; and in order to encourage investment into Textile sector; many textile leading and cotton producing states esp. Gujarat, MP, Maharastra,Jharkhand,MP and Rajasthan,and recently Uttarakhand, have come out with their special State level Textile Policy to provide additional and extra benefits to Textile projects. However, such States have linked their policy/incentives to credit appraisal with bank sanction under the TUF scheme and also concurrent to the validity of the TUF scheme from centre govt.
Some of the key incentives and concessions offered under State Textile Policy are towards.
A] Special subsidy of avg.10% on value of fixed Investment, in specified areas/zones of the State, eg Vidarbha and Marathwada for state of Maharasthra.
B] Interest rebate of 4 to 7%, on the specific segments of textile industry; provided over and above the similar benefit for interest relief available from TUF scheme of the Centre Govt.,and
C] Other State govt.concessions like exemption of VAT for domestic sales, over 5 to 8 years period, and also rebate on Power tariff in terms of stamp duty,and electricity duty eg; Rs1/unit for yarn spinning and ginning in Gujarat.
NEW INTEGERATED MEGA TEXTILE PARK,AT WARANGAL, IN STATE OF Telangana
The above Mega Textile Park is already operational at Warangal in Telangana,with a very active Common ETP plant of the ZLD compliance type.
TECH.TEXTILES , AND OTHER MARKET VIABLE PROJECTS :
Textile industry is enjoying the valued support from the Govt via the TUF scheme validated till March 2017. In addition to the rebate of 5% on bank loan Interest, there is a special capital Subsidy available from 10 to 15% of assets value incase of Technical Textiles/Nonwovens /Weaving and Processing /dyeing projects.
Further ,support is available from textile leading States like Gujarat, Maharastra, M.P., Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and others which have come up with special new State Textile Policy to provide additional and extra Subsidy and concessions for Interest/VAT and Power and ETP etc with the objective of bringing down the nett effective `interest `on new Textile units to almost 3-4% level.
A] TECH.TEXTILES PROJECTS: We recommend projects for Needle-punched Filter and felt fabrics ,and also a project for SMS/SMMS type spunbond Nonwovens,under Technical Textiles.The Phase1 capex for such projects will be Rs10 to 20 Croremanufactured ; and will enjoy Subsidies . A higher capex project for Melt Blown fabrics is also advised by us.
B] Another good and market Viable project recommended is for manufacturing of regenerated Polyester fiber from recycled PET bottles; and/or integration with a Nonwoven unit to produce felts and floor coverings for automobiles and offices, and waddings for furniture cushions etc.
The estimated Project cost, based on high end China plants, is approx Rs 15-20 crores.
A ready to use updated Project Report can be offered, under advance fee in 10days of confirmation,and a detailed TEV and/or DPR in 30-45 days time.
